Bachelder & Dowling, P.A. is a business law firm. We focus primarily on compensation and employment issues affecting senior management. We design and negotiate individual agreements as well as arrangements for the full management team in management buyouts, private equity and similar merger and acquisition contexts. We represent both executives and employers (including investors), and we advise private and public company boards of directors on compensation matters.

In addition to our compensation practice, we advise investors in business acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and corporate partnership and limited liability company matters. We also assist with the business relationships among financial professionals, including the structure of private equity funds, pledge funds and investment banking firms.
